Registered Dental Hygienist – Full-Time or Part-Time

State of Indiana • $50-55/hr

Onsite Dental is partnering with the State of Indiana to provide dental care exclusively to State of Indiana employees.

We’re looking for a motivated Dental Hygienist to join a newer office and take ownership of the hygiene program. This person will have the opportunity to build strong patient relationships, help develop the program, and bring ideas to the team as the practice continues to grow.

You’ll be part of a small team where your clinical judgment and input matter. Onsite Dental offers the support and benefits of a larger dental organization with the feel and autonomy of a private practice.

We also offer a strong performance-based bonus structure, giving you the opportunity to earn additional income beyond your hourly rate.

Schedule:

Part-time: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Approximately 25.5 hours per week. Benefits not included.

Full-time: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Approximately 31.5 hours per week. Full benefits eligible.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Indiana

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to providing thorough, high-quality care

  • Motivated to take ownership of the role and help the practice grow

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the hygiene program

  • Perform dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and root planing as needed

  • Review dental and medical histories

  • Take and interpret dental radiographs

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

  • Apply fluoride and sealants as needed

  • Assess and document patients’ oral health

  • Maintain OSHA and infection-control standards

  • Collaborate with the dentist and team to provide a positive patient experience
