Our client asked us to offer dental care on their new campus in 2011 and we have been expanding and innovating with them ever since, moving from a part-time, 3-chair mobile dental practice to a full-time, 2-chair practice to a full-time, 8-chair practice. Each of the practices has been state-of-the-art and they’ve all flowed architecturally with their campus and remained within their budget.
We've also expanded our scope of care to include panoramic imaging that enables our dentists and support teams to more quickly and completely diagnose any oral health pathology, and the latest scanning technology to enable faster and more accurate "digital impressions" for crowns and Invisalign cases.
Our growing dental care team keeps delivering an outstanding patient experience, with patient satisfaction scores – from some of the most exacting patients anywhere – consistently above 4.5 out of 5.0.
Our biggest challenges is keeping up with our client’s growing population. We see about 25 percent of their employees, including many who haven’t seen a dentist in three years or more due to their very demanding work and commute schedules.
And because we’re an in-network PPO provider, we’ve brought many of the more than 50% who had been using out-of-network providers (and many new employees who would have) back into the in-network fold!
