Cindy Palacios graduated from Georgia Highlands College in 2013 and she has been practicing dental hygiene ever since. “I love my job because I like making people comfortable and making them laugh because I know the dentist can cause some anxiety in a lot of people. I love seeing my patients get comfortable after having a nice dental appointment, that’s the most rewarding feeling for me and taking care of their oral health”. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

With 25 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist, Gretchen has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through compassionate care, education, and a patient-first approach. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and empowering patients to take an active role in their oral health. Outside of the dental office, Gretchen is a proud mother of six and a loving GiGi to her grandson. A former collegiate softball player, her passion for sports continues today as she spends much of her time cheering from the sidelines as a devoted baseball mom. Gretchen is also an enthusiastic college football fan living in a happily divided household — proudly supporting both the Bulldogs and the Seminoles. Go Dawgs! Go Noles! Her dedication, teamwork, and compassion — both professionally and personally — have shaped a life centered on caring for others, supporting her family, and making a positive impact in every community she serves.
